Improve your productivity by doing project admin during team meetings and making it transparent to team members to improve speed & accuracy. For example, document action items on screen during a meeting for all to see so that corrections & clarifications can be made in real time and the items are then ready for distribution as soon as the meeting ends. This approach speeds up the project and prevents creating a work debt that needs to be completed later, freeing up valuable time to focus on critical non-admin PM tasks.
